When possible please remove any passcodes from your device prior to any repairs or upgrades, this way you do not have to reveal them to anyone you can then apply your passwords knowing your system is secure. We need the passcode removed so we can fully test your device prior to shipping back to you.

Our repairs are on a no fix no fee basis unless you are requesting a repair "attempt" which would be mutually agreed beforehand.

Timeline
Many repairs are available the same day, others should be returned to you within 48hrs when any required parts are available, we will inform you if the repair will take longer.

If you have smashed or cracked your Samsung Galaxy S4 screen and the display and touchsreen are still working choose this repair, we will replace the front glass of your phone, the method we use is the same as the original manufacturer with a clear liquid adhesive in-between the outer glass and the inner LCD this method will make your phone look exactly like when new. This repair is for the Galaxy S4 only and does not include replacement of the LCD only the outer glass.

If you have damaged the whole LCD and your display and touchscreen is not working you need to choose the LCD repair.
