Laptop Screen Repair

If your screen is physically broken or badly damaged, it will require replacement, but if it is very dark or
simply not working, there may be other solutions. A number of component faults can cause LCD screens to
fail or to go very dark. Fitting a new screen will not always resolve the problem. We can diagnose your screen fault and replace the faulty components. As a rule if you can see a very dark faint image on your screen the actual LCD panel is not the problem this is caused by the Invertor board or backlight.

Before paying out for any screen repair we suggest connecting your laptop up to an external

display, this will tell you if the screen is faulty or the laptops display adapter has developed a fault.
