Q....If my system needs to be taken for repairs do i get proof you have taken it ?
A....Yes you will be given a receipt for your system stating model/serial number and
condition this will be a paper copy or via email.
Q....My system has a problem after being repaired by you?
A....If the original problem has returned within the warranty period it will be repaired free of charge, if you lose data due to hardware failure it will be restored if you chose to have a system backup carried out at the time of repair.
Q....Do you buy or dispose of old systems?
A....Yes we can arrrange disposal of any old systems or IT equipment
contact us with the specification and we will arrange disposal. Any
data left on the system will be securly wiped.
Q....What areas do you cover and are there any call out charges ?
A....At the moment we cover Herts, Beds, Bucks and Middx with no call out charge,
we do work in central London but a call out charge will apply.
